While we aim to meet the delivery times mentioned above, we do not guarantee any delivery timelines, and Tycoon Mart shall not be held liable for any delays or issues related to delivery. Factors beyond our control that may affect timely delivery include, but are not limited to:

• Technical issues (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays)
• Building constraints (e.g., malfunctioning elevators, restricted access)
• Accessibility (e.g., multi-story buildings with no elevator, steep stairs, locked gates)

Our delivery personnel will make every reasonable effort to reach your doorstep. However, in the case of any barriers that make it impossible to complete the delivery (such as weather conditions, inaccessible entryways, or blocked roads), Tycoon Mart will not be held liable for any consequences, including delays or non-delivery.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only to select regions in Uttar Pradesh, India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery method of your order. You will be informed of any applicable fees during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tycoon Hamlet and its owners, developers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tycoon Hamlet concerning the Services.
