This mobile application ("App") is operated by Tycoon Hamlet. Throughout the App, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tycoon Hamlet. Tycoon Hamlet offers this App, including all information, tools, and services available from this App to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

You may use iQuote to create, store, and manage quotes and personal thoughts. You agree not to:

Our App allows you to create and store quotes and personal thoughts ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and will not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Data Storage
All quotes and thoughts are stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal content on our servers. You are responsible for backing up any important data.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tycoon Hamlet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Third-Party Services
The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tycoon Hamlet. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Updates and Changes
We may update our App from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tycoon Hamlet and its owners, developers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tycoon Hamlet concerning the Services.
